Koh Rong Sanloem or Samloem is still this relatively untouched island, with lush jungle and clear water bays with white sand… a really chilled out, beautiful place, where you lose track of time. Our two-days trip at M’Phai Bay turned into ten, so we had time to check quite a few places.

No ATM and only cash accepted on Koh Rong! Before you get to the island, be aware that there is no ATM on Koh Rong, and pretty much nobody on the whole island has a credit/debit card terminal. So, you better get plenty of cash before arriving.

Clear Water Bay on Koh Rong Sanloaem would have to make the list of Cambodia’s best beaches. With water you only see on postcards, epic scenery and few tourists, this is definitely a must-visit if you are staying at M’Phai Bay!
